The things we do for our kids!

As I grow into parenthood, I am learning to love the things that my daughter does! Her recent love is Nickelodeon’s Fresh Beat Band. I went online when I saw the “band” had extended its tour, having missed the first FL date (because the tickets sold out) I was impatiently waiting at 9:55am for the pre-sale tickets to be released! Then at 10:01am, three VIP tickets later and with Ticketmaster counting down the seconds until my order would expire, I was faced with a decision. Spend 120+ dollars a ticket so that my 2 (and a half) year old has the opportunity to   meet the “band” and have front row seats OR pay the 50+ to watch them from afar. I looked at the price, then at the Ticketmaster clock, Side tracked and thought of the shoes, bags and cloths I could have and then saw Aidan in the back seat of my car singing Just Like a Rock star…..I booked the three VIP tickets and actually couldn’t be more excited for our families future date. She might not remember ten years from now but right now I know it will make her the happiest little girl in the world! *sigh* The things we do for our kids.
